Medals will be presented to all finishers in every event.
Age Group Divisions
Marathon Divisions
Commemorative awards will be awarded 3 deep to males and females in the following divisions: 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Awards must be picked up at the finish line. Awards will not be mailed.
1812 Peace and Friendship Marathon Relay Division
Commemorative awards will be awarded 3 deep to the following divisions: Men's Team, Women's Team, Mixed Team.
Complete both portions of the marathon course back to back and receive an additional medal recognizing your achievement.
Awards must be picked up at the finish line. Awards will not be mailed.
Half Marathon Run Divisions
Commemorative awards will be awarded 3 deep to males and females in the following divisions: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Awards must be picked up at the finish line. Awards will not be mailed.
Half Marathon Walk Divisions
Due to this division not being monitored by marshals to prevent walkers from running, there are no awards in this division.
10km Run Divisions
Commemorative awards will be presented to the overall male and female finishers. Commemorative certificates will be mailed 3 deep to males and females in the following divisions: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
5km Run Divisions
Commemorative awards will be presented to the overall male and female finishers. Commemorative certificates will be mailed 3 deep to males and females in the following divisions: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Please Note: All age group winners for the 5 & 10km will have their commemorative certificates mailed to them.

Note: Cash winners will not be eligible for age group awards. Masters are eligible for both overall and masters cash prizes.
Elite Athletes
Invitations for elite status is based on recent performances in Canada, US and international competition.
To qualify for Elite status you must have run a documented race no earlier than January 2007 that is faster than the following (Gun Time).

Elite Status receives complimentary entry, accommodations and front line access.
To be considered as an elite athlete, all applications must be received no later than October 18th, 2010.
Elite status is based on recent performance and the discretion of the Race Director.
