Skylon Tower Health and Fitness Expo
The Skylon Tower Health and Fitness Expo is open Friday October 24th from 4:00 to 9:00pm and Saturday October 25th from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Pick up your bib number, shirt and goody bag then visit the extended expo featuring running related products and items of interest to the health conscious.
Marathon runners can only pick up their race kits on Saturday October 25th from 10am to 6pm since they have to clear Canadian Customs and Immigration.
2008 Guest Speakers
2008 Guest Speakers will be at the Expo on Saturday, October 25th. Speakers will include John Stanton from the Running Room.

Running Room International Breakfast Run
Free fun run for all runners on Saturday morning, followed by a free breakfast at Planet Hollywood. Bring the flag of your country, state or province—this is a great way to meet your fellow runners and relax. Assemble outside Oakes Garden Theatre at 8:15am for presentation, run starts at 8:30am sharp. John Stanton will be attending and running the Breakfast Run alongside Captain Canada.
Pasta Party
The ItalPasta Pasta Party takes place on Saturday, October 25th at 5:00pm at the Brock Plaza Hotel. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for children under 10 years of age, and free for pre-schoolers.
T-Shirts, Goody Bags and Medals
Every runner in the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, Half Marathon Walk, 10km and 5km race will receive a custom designed technical shirt, goody bag and finisher's medal.
