Please note the changes with Race Kit Pickup prior to race day. This change means the free kids races on Saturday are cancelled.

Bag Check
At the start/finish
Race Day Parking
- Parking-Rapidsview Parking Lot
- FREE starting at 6:30 a.m.
- Upper Rapids Blvd, Niagara Falls
- Option to walk 10-15 min to start OR take FREE WEGO Shuttle (lawn signs will point the way to WEGO/race start on Niagara parkway)
- Return WEGO from Finish
Hotel Shuttles
- FREE WEGO shuttle starting at 6:30 a.m.
- Departs from front of Sheraton Fallsview 5875 Falls Ave., Niagara Falls
- Open to ALL racers, family, friends (regardless of hotel)
- Last shuttle departs Finish Line back to Sheraton 3:30pm
Course Water Stations
5k – Water at ~2.6k mark
10k – Water/Gatorade at 2.5k, 7.5k with Tim Hortons table at 7.5k
Half – Water/Gatorade at 2.5k, 6k, 9k, 12.1k, 15.1k, 18.6k; CLIF BLOKS at 9k; Tim Hortons table at 18.6k
Marathon – Water/Gatorade every ~3k; CLIF BLOKS at 9k/21k/30k; Tim Hortons table at 39.7k
Porta Potties
Located at every Water Station & at the Start/Finish
Running with music
Permitted but be aware that it is the runners’ responsibility to obey all Course Marshals and to adhere to turn around Marshal
Cutoff Times & “DNF”
(“Did not finish”)
Course is open to ALL until 3 p.m.
Marathon runners MUST reach 21.1k mark in 3.5 hours. A SAG WAGON will be waiting at 21.1k mark for marathon runners not able to meet time cutoff. You will receive a Half Marathon medal & be taken back to the Finish in the SAG WAGON
If you drop out on course and require a ride back to the Finish (i.e. SAG WAGON), it is available from WATER STATIONS. Please expect delays with the SAG WAGON as our permit does not allow it to drive on the closed course to retrieve runners
Post Race Chute
Water, medal, Rescue Blanket & post-race food package handed out in Finish Line Chute
Beer & hot dogs available for purchase from Niagara Parks post race
Awards
1/2/3 overall in each race division & M/F presented post race
1st in each 5 year age category mailed ~2 weeks post race. MAKE SURE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS CURRENT BY SIGNING INTO YOUR RACE ROSTER ACCOUNT TO VERIFY
iTAB
iTAB finishing times submitted to iTAB in U.K. 1 week post race. Expect to receive iTAB ~2-5 weeks post race. MAKE SURE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS CURRENT BY SIGNING INTO YOUR RACE ROSTER ACCOUNT TO VERIFY
Starting Corrals
Indicated by A/B/C on bib. Note that each race division starts TOGETHER. Corral assignments are to seed fastest people closest to arch.
Reminder: NO vaccinations required
Proof of vaccinations or the ARRIVECAN app are NOT required to enter Canada any longer

Selling Bibs & Distance Transfers
The online process for both ended Sunday, Oct. 9th. Distance changes & bib sales to another CAN be done at any of our Race Kit Pickups. Note that there is a $20 charge for changing bibs
Breakfast Run
If you signed up for the Breakfast Run on. Sat. Oct. 22nd you will receive a separate email reminder with details
