Strength Training for Runners Submission
Thanks for your interest in leading our Strength Training for runners sessions. We will evaluate all submissions and notify everyone by mid-July of our choices. Sessions will run approximately 20-30 minutes and repeat 7-8 times throughout the day. We will consider having two strength training leads, one from 9:30 to 1:30 and the other, 1:30 to 5 p.m. depending on interest. Please note that our strength training area is 20’x30′ and Trainers must supply equipment and preferably, 3-5 participants per session for demonstrations. We may implement “quiz stations” in this area to help convey the value that strength training has on running. This is a non-paid gig. In exchange for participating, Trainers are allowed to solicit clients after each session. We ask that you not sell any goods in the strength training area. Please purchase a booth if you would like to sell retail goods.
